The Neogen Calming Cicatree Micellar Cleansing Water is a pH balancing cleansing water that removes makeup and impurities from the skin. Formulated with PHA and LHA, this cleanser gently exfoliates and softens the skin texture while creating a moisturizing layer to protect and strengthen the skin barrier.

HOW TO USE
Soak a cotton pad with cleansing water, then gently swipe across the face to remove impurities and makeup. To better dissolve stubborn makeup, hold the soaked cotton pad over the area for a few seconds before gently sweeping away.
For external use only. Do not use on open wounds or broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if any signs of discomfort, irritation, or rash appear. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid storing in extreme temperatures or under direct sunlight. Re-cap after use. Please consult the ingredients list and patch test before full application. Individual results may vary.
