Any unopened merchandise in its original packaging and seal within 14 days of receiving your order (based on shipping provider’s date of delivery). Due to hygienic reasons, we only accept returns on items that are unopened.
Please email us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Number (RN) and instructions to process your return.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and the original shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded.
However, if there is a problem with your order and the problem is due to our error (for example: incorrect items, defective items), the return shipping will be of no cost to you. Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process your refund promptly, usually within 2 business days. You will be notified by email when the amount is credited back to you.
