We accept returns on new, unopened, and unused merchandise in its original packaging and unbroken inner/outer seal within 14 days of receiving your order (based on shipping provider’s date of delivery). For hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused, in new condition. Opened and/or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
Please email us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Number (RN) and instructions to initiate a return process. Returns made without a Return Number will not be processed.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded.
Please note we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping back to us.
Once we receive the returned items in new, unopened, unused, and original condition, we will process a refund within 2 business days. You will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
If the returned items are opened and/or used, a refund will not be issued and the item(s) will not be mailed back to the customer. If a re-delivery is requested, an additional shipping/handling fee will be paid by the customer.
All returns must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt.
All sale-priced items, purchases made using a discount code, and promotional purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
We do not accept any exchanges at this moment. Multiple order cancellation requests may be subject to a restocking/handling fee.
Gift cards, once issued, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards do not expire. The return policy above applies to purchases made using a gift card as the form of payment. Refunds for eligible items will be given as a credit to the original gift card, or via the issuance of a new gift card.
