Refund policy
We accept returns on unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging and/or seal within 14 days of order delivery date (based on shipping provider’s date of delivery). Due to hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused, in new condition. Opened and/or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
Please email us at returns@chuusi.ca to obtain a Return Number (RN) and instructions to process your return. Returns made without a Return Number will not be processed.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
The original shipping fee paid by the customer (if any) will not be refunded.
Please note we cannot be responsible for items damaged during shipping back to us.
Once we receive the returned items in original condition, we will process a refund within 2 business days. You will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
All returns must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt.
All sale-priced items, purchases made using a discount code, and promotional purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
We do not accept any exchanges at this moment. Please note that multiple order cancellation requests may be subject to a restocking fee.
Gift cards, once issued, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards do not expire. The return policy above applies to purchases made using a gift card as the form of payment. Refunds for eligible items will be given as a credit to the original gift card, or via the issuance of a new gift card.
Prices are subject to change and we cannot accommodate price adjustments on previous orders.
