We are not responsible and will not issue refunds, exchanges, or replacements for items that are damaged, undeliverable, held/refused by customs, or unclaimed/refused by the customer.
- During checkout, please ensure the delivery address and postal/zip code is correct, complete, and deliverable.
- For U.S. orders, please contact your customs office regarding certain items that may be restricted or denied entry into your country.
- If your parcel is delivered to an outdoor mailbox, please retrieve your package as soon as possible to avoid weather-related damage.
- If your parcel is held at the post office or courier location for pick-up, please collect your package in a timely manner. Customers may refer to instructions on the delivery notice card or on the courier tracking page.
- Canada Post typically holds your package for 14 calendar days. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may be subject to additional shipping fees if a re-delivery is requested. If a refund is requested, the total amount of the original shipping cost and the package return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred on the package (if any).
- We are not responsible for the payment of customs-related fees.
- If the package is refused delivery by the customer for any reason (including the refusal to pay customs-related fees), a refund, replacement, or store credit will not be issued.

Packages sent back to us are considered "undeliverable".
- If the customer requests a re-delivery, an additional shipping fee will apply regardless of the order's eligibility for free shipping. The actual shipping fee will be charged by our local post office.
- If the customer requests a refund, the costs incurred on the package during transit (including the actual shipping cost charged by the post office, package return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees) will be deducted from the total refund amount, regardless of the order's eligibility for free shipping.

We are not responsible for packages delivered late or beyond the estimated delivery time frame.
- Delivery times/dates are not guaranteed. We are unable to offer refunds if packages are delivered late.
- Transit times listed do not include warehouse processing times. Orders are processed and shipped by the next business day.
- Transit times listed are only estimates and do not take into account delays due to holidays, customs clearance, postal work disruption, extreme weather, natural disaster, or any unforeseen circumstances.
