We strive to process and ship out your order by the next business day.


All orders are shipped via Canada Post. A shipping notification email will be sent to your email address when your order has been shipped. Please ensure the shipping and billing addresses are complete, valid, and correct. Missing or inaccurate information may cause processing delays. If the shipping address is a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries.

All orders placed before 11:59pm PST/PDT are normally shipped out by 7:00pm PST/PDT the next business day, on Mondays to Fridays, excluding Canadian Federal and Provincial holidays. Shipping delays may occur during sale events and/or periods of higher volume.


All shipping rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We offer a local pick-up option at a designated UPS location in Richmond BC. This option is available for customers in the Greater Vancouver region. Orders can be picked up during regular UPS business hours, 2-3 business days after the order is processed. A notification email with pick-up details will be sent to your email address when your order is ready to be picked up.

CAD $3, or FREE on orders CAD $50 and over (after applicable discounts, before taxes).

Simply select this option at checkout. Please enter your name (or the name of the person designated for pick-up) and a valid BC address into the shipping address fields. For your security, you may be asked to present a government-issued photo ID (ie. Driver's License) during pick-up.

 


Orders to Canadian addresses are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ Service and includes a tracking number.

Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address when the order has been shipped. Simply log in to your account to track your package, or on Canada Post online with the provided tracking number.

 


Orders to USA addresses are shipped via Canada Post/USPS without a tracking number. Optional tracking number can be purchased at checkout. Canadian sales tax will not be applied to US orders.

For US orders, any customs fees, duties, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking: All U.S. orders are standard without tracking numbers. For U.S. orders with added tracking service, simply log in to your account to track your package, or track your package at Canada Post online using the tracking number. You may also track using USPS online after the package has crossed into the U.S. border.

 

We offer international shipping without tracking number. We are in the process of establishing a cost-effective solution for international shipping with tracking service. Please stay tuned!

For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

  • Chuusi.ca is not responsible and will not issue refunds, exchanges, or replacements for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. However, if you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it with Canada Post on your behalf.
  • Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate, complete, and valid. Packages sent back to us due to incorrect, incomplete, and/or undeliverable address may be subject to additional fees if a re-delivery is requested. If a refund is requested, any costs incurred on the package during transit (including original shipping cost, package return shipping costs, applicable taxes, and applicable duties) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For parcels delivered to an outdoor community mailbox in hot or cold temperatures, please ensure you retrieve your package as soon as possible to avoid items from being compromised. Chuusi.ca cannot be responsible for items damaged due to weather/temperature-related complications.
  • For parcels held at the nearest post office for pick-up, please ensure you retrieve your package in a timely manner as per instructions on the delivery notice card. Canada Post cannot hold your package for an extended period of time. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may be subject to additional fees if a re-delivery is requested. If a refund is requested, the amount of the original shipping cost and the package return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Chuusi.ca is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with parcels shipped outside of Canada.
  • Delivery times listed are only estimates and do not take into account delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disaster, and any unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to help with any shipping delays, however, we cannot be responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.
  • For large quantity orders, you may receive some items separately, and on different dates (although we do our best to package all items together to minimize this issue).
  • Separate orders to the same shipping address may be packaged and shipped together.

Deliveries within Canada are made on Mondays to Fridays, excluding Canadian Federal holidays. When a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the post office closure may be applied to the next business day. As such, there will be no delivery of mail on holidays or on days in-lieu-of holiday. Please see below for the holiday schedule from Canada Post. Please note that delivery is unaffected on provincial Family Day holidays, Louis Riel Day (Manitoba) and Islander Day (P.E.I.).
